How far in advance should I book your services?

We recommend you book no later then a month prior to the event, as it will allow us time to prepare everything for capture your day and deliver a product you would love.

Can I review the video before it’s finalized?

Yes! We offer unlimited revisions until the product is just how you envisioned it!

Can I help pick the music for the video?

Yes. You will give us 2-3 songs for the video and will utilize and insert them appropriately.

What is the booking process?

Once you have decided to allow us to be apart of your day, we send you a contract and invoice. The deposit is non-refundable and is 1/3 of the total amount to officially reserve the day. Once the contract and signed, deposit is made, and video editing form is completed, the rest is left to us.

What is your travel distance?

We cover 100 miles of travel in all of our packages. Anything over that is subject to a travel fee based on how far the event is. If the event is taking place outside of FL, we ask that you either pay of travel cost or provide the travel method for us.

What is the return time on the final product?

The final product will take usually anywhere from 4-6 weeks to allow adequate time to edit the video. Due to the traffic of previous events, it can be done sooner.
